Estimate Based Repair Service Request
You are ordering an estimate-based repair service for your unit. After submitting the service request form you have to send the unit to us for estimate/repair.
Uppon receiving the unit we will assess problems and prepare an estimate within 24 hours.
- Please fill out the form below with your contact and shipping information, describe the problem of the unit.
- Shortly after submitting the form you will get confirmation email with order number, order details and your order-status link.
- Pack the unit and ship it to us for repair. We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your package.
- We evaluate your unit and contact you with repair price. If approval is given we start the repair.
- Track the repair process trough your order-status link and get all info regarding the repair.
- You pay for repair trough order-status link using PayPal or credit card or send us a check.
- After the repair is done we ship the unit back to you and provide a tracking number.
