Highly recommended! EBC helped to identify additional issues with the TV and went out of their way to repair the unit. It now works like new. Excellent customer service.

I'm sure everyone is used to the hassle to find a repair facility for your electronics, and the thought of someone looking inside your prized piece of equipment, not to mention the cost to repair it, but I can truly say, EBC lives up to it's reputation, the turn around time was MUCH quicker than I expected and the repair cost was less than I anticipated. I was told the day of arrival, the situation and parts that needed to be replaced, this was a very pleasant experience. And I'm currently now listening to my Onkyo receiver, as if nothing ever happened to it in the first place. Thank you EBC!

WOW! I certainly made the right decision by choosing EBC Electronics/Paul to repair my McIntosh 2105. I purchased the 2105 used on ebay and it was supposedly "working". Of course once it arrived at my house and I tested it out, one of the output channels wasn't getting any signal and the headphone output seemed to be reversing the right and left signals. I was worried that I just purchased a heavy piece of junk... So I called and emailed several repair companies in my area. Paul was the FIRST to get back to me, had by far THE BEST PRICE and a ONE DAY TURNAROUND!!! I live locally, so I was able to drop it off and pick it up, but Paul even carried it to and from my car for me. All the other companies I contacted were at minimum a 5 week turnaround and double the price. Thanks to Paul and his marvelously quick and super professional service and repair, I am now enjoying the blissful McIntosh sound in my home recording studio and I couldn't be happier. THANKS AGAIN... VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER ;-)

Extremely satisfied--again. My Sansui 9090 looks and sounds great. Price is reasonable and turnaround is fast. Paul stays in touch too. A true gentleman. He's currently fixing up a second Marantz 2275 for me.

EBC Electronics is the best place for TV repair! I have a plasma 42" Phillips TV and I was having a hard time to start it every day only the first time in the morning after that it will work fine all day long.I sent my power supply board to EBC Electronics for repair and they did an excellent job. Paul is very good on keeping you inform of every step involved in the repair process. They have a quick turn around shipment and very good prices. I received my board back, installed it on my TV and now is working totally fine. Hopefully this TV will last for at least another 3 years. Thanks EBC.

Paul's communication is great (he replied to all of my emails very quickly). After I received repaired amps, he also helped me with a ground loop problem I was having. If you have any Adcom GFA 565 amplifiers that have not been repaired, get it done here. Paul and EBC Electronics are great!

After repairing my Adcom GCD-600 and a GTP-500II, I can say that EBC Electronics has simply the best customer service I've ever experienced at a repair shop. There were some added problems during the process that were in no way EBC's fault, but Paul went above and beyond the call of duty to make it right for me, even though he had no obligation to do so. EBC Electronics is a real class act, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Paul is truly gifted when it comes to repairing electronic equipment. I thought my pair of Adcom GFA-565s were completely destroyed yet EBC was able to repair them for a very reasonable fee and in a timely fashion. Thanks again Paul!

Another case where a local electronics repair shop could not fix my GFA-565s. I have had them at 2 different shops for a total of 2-3 months & neither place came even close to fixing just 1 amp. EBC had both 565s repaired in less than 2 weeks & they sound great. The only regret I have is not sending them in sooner. The service is top notch & communication is excellent, emails are answered promptly & updates on the repair progress are sent as well. Don't waste your time trying to have your Adcom 565s repaired anywhere else, send them to EBC. Paul has worked on many of these amps & knows them inside & out. My thanks again to Paul & everyone at EBC.

Paul, thanks so much for your detail, honest work on my Adcom 565 monoblocks. They are both running cool, no pops and hiss when power on and off. The amps sound as new. I know now i can purchsse all the 565s on ebay, whether broken or working, ship them to EBC Electronics,and have them sounding as Adcom intended them to sound. If you want your adcom equipment to be restored, at least i can speak on behalf of the 565 monoblocks, you should not hesitate to send them to Paul. Highly recommended!!!!!

Paul the Savior.....thanks very much....My Adcom 565 was totally out, no pre-amp board, popping, then it went completely out. Read rave reviews about EBC Electronics, so i took a chance. Adcom enthusist, send your broken Adcom equipment to Paul, My Adcom 565 is back to perfect and loving the Crystal Clear Highs, Fluid Mids, Controlled bass. EBC offers a repair service which is "second to none". My DVD player was sent to Paul, repaired, and sent back within a two week window, which included a delay in shipping by UPS due to a Nor'Easter, which dumped over a foot of snow on New England. Their e-mail communication was great. Their price was fair. They keep major parts in stock. I have had other local repair shops take months to repair units, citing that they were waiting for parts. Thanks for you excellent service!

Paul has done it for me once again!! I sent him my Crown Jewel power amp the Adcom GFA 585, which was limited to only 3000 produced and he worked his magic and now it sounds better than when I recieved it!! Paul is an expert at what he does, and do not hesitate to send anything he can repair to him, becaues you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED with the RESULTS!!!! Paul is the MAN!!!!! folks do not hesitate to send any of your audiophile gear to Paul to have repaired! he is truly a craftsman, and truly there is not an amp out there that cannot be repaired(within limits) and Paul is your man to make your amp better than new! Paul fixed my Adcom gfa 5503 and there were many things wrong with it, and not only did he fix it , i bet it is better now than when brand new! Please do not hesiate to call Paul for any repair needs for your stereo system, home theater system, what ever sound system you have that he can repair feel confident in his service and ability to do it right the first time around. First Class Service!!!! I sent my unit in for a specific problem and the problem was found and repaired. While testing my unit Paul found a second problem that I did not report. He not only repaired both problems but did not charge me any more to repair the second problem. This is a first class repair center and when they say flat rate repair they mean it. EBC does all repairs to the component level and has far more product knowledge than your standard repair shop. I feel very lucky that I found EBC Electronics and will use them for all future repair needs and will recommend them to all of my friends.

I had both GFA 565s, modified with premium gold binding posts (total of 8), and iec plug connectors. This allows me to use upgradeable power cords. The work is superb and it really looks like it came from the ADCOM factory. Great soldering and shrink wrapping is an understatement for the work received on these units. I highly recommend EBC.

I had my Adcom GTP 600 repaired due to age, and had it modified with an iec connector. The unit is really bringing out the small details in my music. It sounds smoother and the vocals are spacious! Highly recommended, and upgraded power cords are awesome to use on vintage ADCOM gear, or any gear, shielded power cords lower the noise floor! Get it Done!

I use several Adcom 565's in two tri-amped systems, and Paul has rebuilt all of them for me. They all need it due to the age of these otherwise fine amps. After the rebuild it is the best amp value I know of and I recommend it highly, along with Paul's fine service. Five stars!

The amp returned boxed very well and in good shape. I've been using it over the weekend and I am very impressed with the sound. You eliminated the irritating hum and I haven't heard the "whine". Obviously, the burned-up channel now sounds as good as the right channel. My first impressions are that you did excellent work. I'll let you know if there is any issue at all. Thanks very much. I got the preamp, tested it, and everything seems to work fine now. The hum is gone, and I have good signal strength on all of my usual FM stations.
By the way, I have to say that I am pretty impressed with the service that you provide. I got step-by-step instructions and progress reports from you by email all the way through the process. With most companies nowadays, customer service is almost non-existent, so EBC Electronics really stands above the crowd.

I finally put the second amp back in my system - perfect. I have only one regret after my dealings with you - there is no way to post on your web site what a great job you did and how thrilled I am with the work you did.

I installed the amp this afternoon. No turn on/ turn off speaker destroying "THUMPS."
No static - I held my breath, selected an input, and slowly raised the volume on the preamp. As the room filled with music instead of angry static and noise, I thought, "THANK YOU PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
