SHIPPING NOTE: SEE SECOND PICTURE. THIS MODEL HAS A HEAVY POWER TRANSFORMER. WHEN YOU SHIP THE PLATE AMPLIFIER PLEASE USE SOLID PACKING MATERIAL LIKE STYROFOAM AND GOOD CARTON. PROTECT PLATE AMPLIFIER CORNERS AND PCB BOARD CORNERS. BUBBLE WRAP AND PEANUTS WILL NOT PROTECT AGAINST DROPPING.

This repair service is for Sunfire sub amplifier module, not for whole subwoofer. Woofer driver is not covered. Return shipping is calculated for plate amplifier only. Please remove plate amplifier module and ship. It is ok to ship whole cabinet but we will adjust returning shipping cost for actual weight.
