How to Remove Velodine DD series plate amplifier

ALL WORKS MUST ONLY BE DONE BY AN QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN.
Your work space should be free of any small metal objects or metal dust. There is huge magnet inside the cabinet, small objects can get inside and damage the woofer or cause distortion.
Whenever is possible avoid shipping whole cabinet. Ship the back plate amplifier only.
Remove backplate screws
Remove 12 circled screws from the back plate, as indicated in figure.
Gently pull plate amplifier of the cabinet.

Disconnecting
Take pictures of connectors or mark them for your future reference.
Then unplug circled connectors.

Packing
Obviously PC boards are relatively
fragile, and poor packing can result in a board that is damaged beyond
repair.
To properly pack the board, wrap it in three layers of the large bubble wrap.
Put the packaged board into a snug fitting box, or use more bubble wrap to fill the box so the boards do not bang around in transit.
