This service will cover Velodyne HGS-12 HGS-12BG subwoofer plate amplifier repair with typical problems:
- no sound
- distortion
- cracking sound
- no power
- howl type sound
You may ship entire unit or plate amplifier only. Shipping charge below is calculated for plate amplifier.
Whenever possible avoid shipping of entire cabinet. The chance that your unit will be damaged in the shipping is very HIGH, even shipped in original carton, and the chance that a shipping company will pay insurance claim is very LOW. Heavy woofer magnet can become loose during the shipping and destroy thing from inside.
If you ship whole cabinet we will adjust retur shipping price later.
NOTE: Before removing the plate amplifier you must mark all connection or make pictures. If the unit has small accelerometer connection board please remember how it was installed, if you install it upside down or swap woofer wires or make any other wrong connection you may destroy your woofer.

The repair service does not cover a damaged driver repair (recone or refoam) or accelerometer repair (part of driver).
This flat rate price will NOT cover tampered units. If someone attempted to repair the unit there will be ADDITIONAL $100 charge.
